Over the past 9–10 months, they embarked on a transformative leadership journey designed to equip promising SME leaders with the knowledge, skills, and networks to drive business transformation and sustainable growth. Through a comprehensive learning experience delivered by a network of institutes of higher learning, financial institutions, and industry experts, they strengthened their strategic leadership capabilities while gaining practical insights to navigate today’s evolving business landscape.
The ELT Programme comprises four key components: Executive Learning, Business Coaching, a Market Immersion Trip to China, and Community Events. Together, these experiences provided valuable opportunities to learn from industry experts, exchange ideas with fellow business leaders, and gain fresh perspectives on innovation, growth, and transformation.
Their successful completion of the programme reflects a strong commitment to continuous learning, leadership excellence, and organisational transformation.
